Billy Bum: Partay! Woohoo!

Something that isn't my usual character creation! It's Billy who is the main character of a game I am in the works of making. He isn't exactly the perfect person obviously... he is.. a bum... He is a lazy kind of bum, a moocher, and his wife Mary isn't to happy with him so she ends up booting him out of the house till he changes. He is so silly!
